Unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

What qualifies

• Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags and packaging are intact where supplied
• You share your order number when you request a return

What does not qualify

• Worn, damaged, or washed items
• Items returned after 7 days without our written agreement

Refunds

Approved refunds go back through the original payment method where possible. Mobile-money refunds may take a few business days depending on the network.
